Stubbs Communications is currently seeking a full time position for an Accounting & Bundled Services Sales Coordinator at our Thedford office location. This position will be responsible for the administration, accounting, sales & customer service of both residential and commercial contracts and bundled services.

 Accounting & Bundled Services Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
  • All aspects of accounting: invoicing, AR, AP, maintaining excel spreadsheets, balancing inventory, payroll and accurate monthly accounting statements
  • Administration & reconciling of bulk billing: actual billing and maintaining of specialized database
  • Provide sales information on bundled services and track all leads and sales
  • Work with Technicians and clients to organize installation scheduling
  • Creating and maintaining a professional relationship with business partners
  • Providing professional telephone customer service: taking sales orders, handling all client and business partner inquiries
Qualifications
  • Proficient use of Simply Accounting is a must
  • Proficient use of MS Outlook, MS outlook contacts and calendar, excel, word and access
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Possess common sense, organization and follow through skills to problem solve from start to finish
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide sales information and handle customer service inquiries on a daily ongoing basis
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a busy and fast paced environment basis and handle rush projects to achieve tight deadlines
