 Accounting & Inventory Control Coordinator

Stubbs Communications, a leader in home entertainment and structured wiring construction industry for both commercial and residential, is expanding and currently seeking a full-time position for an Accounting & Inventory Control Coordinator.
Stubbs Communications provides design and installation of home entertainment, security system solutions and bundled digital services for the new home construction industry, existing home renovations and commercial buildings and properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Ordering and maintaining accurate levels of inventory via Simply Accounting.
  • Maintaining supplier relationships and negotiating ongoing best price practices.
  • Keeping an up to date and accurate product, part and price list.
  • Ordering of product for all sales, staying abreast of shipping dates.
  • Processing purchase orders, matching and inputting supplier invoices in Simply Accounting.
  • Pulling, labeling and staging job orders for Technicians.
  • Receiving/organizing and putting away of inventory, warehouse organization.
  • Working with the office team to answer phones and office maintenance.
  • Counting monthly inventory stock and supervising Fiscal year end inventory count.
  • Paryoll & processing of Sales Invoices via Simply Accounting.
Qualifications

  • Must be proficient in completing all necessary paperwork.
  • Be professional in dealing with builders, tradesmen and clients.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment on a daily basis.

 Field Installation Technicians

  • Take & track sales calls and orders
  • Create sales work orders and place new orders via order portals
  • Configure High Speed modems & digital phone routers
  • Inventory Control: ordering, receiving and documenting product serial numbers
  • Customer follow up to ensure client satisfaction
  • Assist in proofing marketing material
  • Ordering marketing material & preparing for mass marketing
  • Document & track success of marketing strategies
Qualifications

 Territory Sale Representative

Stubbs Communications is currently seeking a full time position for an Territory Sales Representative to acquire new customers and upgrade existing customers for our Digital TV, High Speed Internet & Digital phone services to residential customers in London and Surrounding area. 

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and training to be provided.
